Job Functions

***Relationship management will be a big part of the job***

*** Cold calling and lead follow-up will be the primary tasks for this job. Must have very strong communication/ phone skills. ***

Reach out to sports agents and professional athlete clients

. Social Media Marketing & Email Marketing

· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

· Maintain contact lists

· Develop and maintain filing and productivity systems

· Set appointments for showings and maintain calendar, prepare itineraries

· Keep informed of market conditions, develop market analysis in selling area

· Update seller on showing activities, strategic listing adjustments

· Schedule and assist in hosting open houses, brokers opens and special events

· Maintain list of visitors

· Review client list to ensure entry into CRM and follow up

· Respond to leads, answer prospect calls

· Accurately prepare correspondence, documents, contracts, etc

· Maintain key controls

· Deliver presentations, client gifts

· Perform personal assistant tasks

Desired Skills

· Strong initiative

· Proficient in MLS Matrix, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive

· Team Player

· Able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines

· Flexible multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize assignments

· Willing to do administrative and personal work

Requirements

· Real Estate Experience Preferred

· Reliable transportation

· Ability to read and write English accurately
