Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day digital marketing activities and ensure seamless execution across all team members.
This role requires a proactive leader and previous agency-related experience to coordinate with remote teams and manage the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and according to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to deliver the following services: Website Design & Development, SEO, PPC, Lead Generation, CRM & AI automation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with remote teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects stay on track and within allocated resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address challenges.
- Ensure the timely communication with the clients through Account Managers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, website design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, etc.).
- Experience in managing offshore teams and navigating cultural and communication differences.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage over 10 projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software - ClickUp and Claude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
