What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of the House Manager position at Just Wafflin'?
Looking for an enthusiastic personality with experience in the restaurant industry to help lead a rapidly expanding breakfast/brunch shop.
Desiring a leader with the ability to handle a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be able to communicate effectively with both guests and staff. Leadership experience is preferred.
Must have flexible schedule, Tuesday-Sunday, 7AM-3PM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
-Leading staff at high traffic times
-Preparing the deposit at the end of the day
-Taking part in the hiring process, training, motivation, leadership
-Opening the restaurant and preparing for the day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
