All candidates must be U.S. citizens 18 , must have reliable transportation, must be able to pass a background check, must be able to climb ladders, must be able to carry 100 pounds, and must have great references. Prior job experience and references does/do not have to be technical in nature, but the candidates must be technically and mechanically inclined to be successful in this role.
