What You’ll Do
As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Identify opportunities to upgrade, replace, or expand equipment and services
- Prospect and develop new business within your territory
- Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to close
- Conduct print assessments and recommend tailored solutions
- Generate Managed IT leads and collaborate with our IT Sales Engineer
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Deliver outstanding communication with clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Experience with copier/printer technology is a plus (but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $50,000 ($70k to $100k with commission)
- Uncapped commission bonus potential
