Copier/Printer Repair Technician
Reports to: Operations Manager
Just Document Solutions is hiring a field technician responsible for the repair and maintenance of laser printers, plotters, copiers, scanner devices. We are looking for someone with experience in the copier or printer industry but are willing to train the right candidate. If you are a good mechanic and have some electrical/computer experience, we will train.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience, $52,000 to $72,000 plus benefits and bonuses
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance, repairs, setups, installations.
- Conduct tests, diagnose problems, and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Performing network connectivity and troubleshooting including scan to email, folder, and network configuration.
- Maintain superior machine functionality for equipment in your territory.
- Maintain records by properly documenting system repairs and upgrades.
- Keep all equipment in proper working order.
- Continuously update job knowledge by completing required training.
- Providing quality customer service to clients.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma with training or experience in mechanical, computer and/or electronic repairs, military experience a plus.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain inventory and provide excellent customer service.
- Team player with a positive, winning attitude.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Professionality and dependability.
- Excellent customer service skills
As a field technician, you will be compensated at an hourly rate, eligible for overtime, company vehicle. We also offer a company car after a probationary period.
Based in Fairport (Rochester), NY.
Our Service area is Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse.

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
