We build roofs — but more importantly, we build relationships that last decades.

This role is for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn how trust-based sales is actually done — not scripted, not rushed, and not ego-driven.

The Reality

This is a long-game role.

Trust comes before commissions.

You’ll spend time learning, observing, and supporting relationships before you’re expected to carry them independently.

You’ll work with:

• Experienced sales professionals and leaders who value accountability
• Homeowners who may feel overwhelmed or unsure
• Referral partners who don’t give trust easily

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting relationship-building efforts with homeowners and referral partners
• Learning how to communicate clearly and professionally with different personality types
• Assisting with follow-ups, inspections, and client coordination
• Observing and learning how opportunities move from first conversation to signed contract
• Developing the confidence to ask for the business the right way
