Cleaner

Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company seeking independent contractors. We are looking to partner with responsible, reliable, hardworking, and passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. Must be able to clean two sites on the same day. CURRENTLY, work is every Wednesday and Thursday, ONLY. However, that may change at anytime. One clinic is located in Laurel, MD and the other is located in Elkridge, MD. Work begins anytime after 12:00am.

- You must be at the Elkridge site by 4:00am. Work must be completed by 7:00am.

- You must be at the Laurel site by 5:00am on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Work must be completed by 8:00am. You must be at the Laurel site by 6:00am on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Work must be completed by 9:00am.

Requirements: Pass a background check, reliable transportation, smart phone with WIFI. Experience is preferred.

Pay: Pay dates fall on the 3rd and 18th of each month depending on weekends, holidays and the last day of the pay period. Direct Deposit Required.

Hours: Must be available to work any day Monday through Sunday. Work begins anytime after 12:00am. Currently, work is only needed every Wednesday and Thursday.

Job Details:

-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition

-Able to work a flexible schedule, hours of operation may change

-Able to fill-in if needed

-Able to work on call if needed

-Dusting

-Cleaning of surfaces

-Cleaning of bathrooms and refilling toilet paper

-Cleaning of kitchen

-Collect and dispose of trash

-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

-Keep cleaning supplies in stock

-Communicate effectively and efficiently

Additional Requirements:

-Ability to manage your time efficiently

-Work well by yourself, self-manage

-Handle basic cleaning tasks

-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies

-Must have great communication skills

-Able to use basic cleaning equipment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 per day
