What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Just Right Cleaning?
Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. We are looking to partner with responsible, reliable, hardworking, passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. Specifically looking to partner with individuals that can service District Heights, MD and Greenbelt, MD and/or surrounding areas. This is a subcontract opportunity. Must be available every day. Please submit an updated resume and answer all questions to be considered. Start time is flexible. Right now, the District Heights clinic is not available. The Greenbelt clinic is available every day. The earliest start time at the Greenbelt clinic is 12:30am or you must arrive by 4:00am. The Greenbelt clinic must be cleaned by 7:00am. Each clinic takes about 3 hours if one person is cleaning.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition
-Able to work a flexible schedule if needed
-Able to travel and work in areas nearby if needed
-Able to fill-in if needed
-Able to work on call if needed
-Dusting
-Cleaning of surfaces
-Cleaning of bathrooms and refilling toilet tissue ONLY
-Cleaning of kitchen
-Collect and dispose of trash
-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
-Keep cleaning supplies in stock
-Work and communicate with Management when necessary
Cleaner Requirements:
-Must have a cell phone and mobile data to see schedule and clock-in and clock-out
-Must have a bank account for direct deposit payments
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must manage time efficiently
-Must work well when management/owner is not present
-Must be able to perform basic cleaning tasks
-Must be knowledgeable about basic cleaning
-Must perform basic cleaning skills
-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
-Must have great communication skills
-Able to use basic cleaning equipment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 per day
