About the Job:
- Lead the store in excellent food preparation operations including food safety and Just Poke recipe guidelines.
- Ensures all daily prep is complete and communicates with the management team about prep needs during days off. Consistently sets the team up for successful service.
- Kitchen preparation, including cutting up fish/vegetables, mixing sauces and more
- Checking Inventory level of kitchen goods and supplies
- Maintaining a clean restaurant
- Execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines
About You:
- 1 years of experience in a Restaurant environment
- Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 10 days of employment.
