Just Poké and Masala Fresh operate multiple restaurant locations across Redmond and the Microsoft campus. Every day, hundreds of customers rely on our kitchens running smoothly across these locations. We are hiring an Operations Logistics Lead to help coordinate food movement between locations and support operations during peak hours. This is one of the most important operational roles in the company. The right person will take pride in reliability, urgency, and ownership of responsibilities that keep our restaurants running smoothly.

The Mission of This Role

This position ensures that our kitchens and service locations always have the food they need, when they need it. Your work connects multiple restaurants together and allows our teams to serve customers efficiently while reducing waste and keeping operations organized.

What You'll Do

This role combines logistics, driving, and restaurant operations support.

Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared food from our Redmond kitchen to Masala Fresh at Microsoft
• Support whichever location is busiest during lunch (Masala Fresh or Just Poké)
• Assist with pre-closing tasks and kitchen organization
• Retrieve Masala Fresh product and return it to Redmond
• Physical requirements: standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Weekly Logistics Responsibilities

• Sunday afternoon: Deliver and replenish food to Microsoft Just Poké locations (East & Commons)
• Tuesday afternoon: Additional replenishment delivery to Microsoft locations
• Friday afternoon: Retrieve remaining product from Microsoft locations and return it to Redmond so we can properly utilize unsold product and minimize waste

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving record
• Ability to lift and transport food containers
• Ability to stay organized and move quickly during busy periods
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
