Responsibilities
- Assist experienced plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Support the assembly and installation of piping, fixtures, and mechanical components following project specifications.
- Participate in remodeling, maintenance, and field service tasks to develop a broad understanding of plumbing applications.
- Help ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and an interest in construction plumbing or related fields.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, or carpentry is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully.
