We are looking for a confident, energetic Indoor Playground Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our busy indoor play facility. This role focuses on overseeing part-time staff, coordinating birthday parties and events, and delivering an outstanding experience for families.

What You'll Do
- Supervise daily play floor operations and ensure a safe, organized environment
- Lead and support part-time staff during shifts, including task delegation and break coverage
- Coordinate and oversee birthday parties, group events, and special activities
- Greet and engage with families, providing excellent customer service
- Communicate clearly with parents regarding rules, parties, and scheduling
- Enforce safety and behavior expectations in a positive, professional manner
- Monitor play equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist with guest flow, check-ins, and transitions during busy periods
- Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies; provide basic first aid if needed
- Maintain overall standards by guiding staff on cleanliness and organization
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children (childcare, camps, recreation, education, or similar)
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-energy shifts
- Comfortable managing staff and interacting with parents
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with events, parties, or group coordination is a plus
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
