- Starting pay: $17-$19 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
- Day 60: Performance bonus eligibility begins ($100 to $400 per month based on KPIs)
- Strong performer total: equivalent of $21 to $22 per hour when bonus is included

--- ABOUT THE ROLE ---
Our Administrative Assistant is the first voice clients hear, the support our cleaning technicians count on, and the person who protects the client experience every single day. This is a fast-paced role with real responsibility, clear systems, and leadership that invests in your success.

If you are calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people, this role will feel like a natural fit.

--- WHAT YOU WILL DO ---
- Answer and manage inbound calls and texts from clients and technicians with warmth and professionalism
- Manage and update schedules, cancellations, and reschedules in our CRM (MaidCentral)
- Complete proactive client care calls at scheduled milestones to protect client relationships
- Log all interactions, complaints, and follow-ups accurately and on time
- Support cleaning technicians in real time with scheduling changes, supply needs, and day-of issues
- Handle client concerns using our established de-escalation process
- Send daily end-of-day reports and handoff notes to leadership

--- HOW THE BONUS WORKS ---
At 60 days you become eligible for a monthly performance bonus tied to four KPIs: client retention rate, touchpoint completion, documentation accuracy, and scorecard follow-up. The better you perform across all four, the more you earn. A consistent top performer earns $400 per month in bonus plus quarterly consistency bonuses. All metrics are tracked transparently and reviewed together with leadership each month.

--- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ---
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus
- Positive, coachable, and accountable

--- REQUIREMENTS ---

Full-time availability Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, ability to pass a background check, and authorization to work in the United States.
