Position Title: CDL A Driver
Department: Operations / Logistics
Reports To: Harman Basra
Pay: Position pays $0.55 cents per mile.
Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of materials, equipment, and/or personnel to and from job sites. This role requires adherence to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company safety standards, and client delivery schedules. Must Have at least 12 Months CDL A experience to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drop N Hook and live load/unloads.
- Average miles a week is
- All Dry Van Freight
- No Touch Freight
- Running in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas
- Parking available
Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT and state driving regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery and mileage logs.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Support loading/unloading activities when needed.
- Maintain professionalism and positive client interaction on-site
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Minimum 2–5 years of commercial driving experience.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety inspection.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable outdoor conditions.
Compensation:
- .55cpm Base pay
- $500.00 Driver Referral, paid out after 60 days
- Paid Layover Detention, Driver assist, Local, and breakdown. Recruiter will provide details.
