Dedicated Customer Service Representative
Entry Level Account Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primarily manages a primary customer account, ensuring consistent daily communication and effective account management.
Familiar with SAP systems, supporting production processes and operational activities.
Monitors inventory consumption and yield performance, identifies discrepancies, and reports findings to the designated point of contact.
Manages weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Record BOL’s - Incoming food & non-food ingredients into SAP
Transfers of Proteins for weekly production
Maintain SAP system and support OMP system
Filing and Record Keeping
Perform back-up duties when needed
Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, grow, and further develop account management skills.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced sometimes pressured situations.
Able to set and meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to be an effective team player.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
After one year of employment, employees become eligible for 401(k) participation and vacation accrual.
Pay is issued bi-weekly via direct deposit.
Salary : $48,000 - $53,000
