Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tanning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in achieving their desired tanning results. You will educate customers on tanning products and services, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. A passion for beauty and wellness, along with a strong sales aptitude, will help you thrive in this position.
There is also an opportunity to learn how to do our other services such as airbrush spray tans, CryoSlimming, CryoToning, and CryoFacial treatments. If you are motivated to learn and earn more money.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the tanning salon, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on various tanning options and skincare products.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory, track sales, and maintain accurate cash register operations.
- Upsell tanning packages and products to maximize customer satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Explain benefits of our LED Facial therapy and be able to properly setup for a session.
- Explain the infrared sauna blanket and be able to put clients in for a session.
- Cleaning and maintaining the salon
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques will be beneficial in driving sales.
Availability
Nights and Weekends are a must
