Just Love Coffee Cafe in Mount Juliet (63 Belinda Pkwy) is looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Prep Team Member to join our fast-moving, high-energy team.
We’re open _7 days a week, 6 AM–4 PM_
Part-time and full-time positions available! NO NIGHTS!!
Weekend availability is a must (some, rotation, or most)
Starting Pay: Average $16–$18/hr
What We’re Looking For:
You’re dependable, self-motivated, and thrive on teamwork. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly and cleanly behind the scenes. You’re quick, focused, and always ready to lend a hand.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash, chop, slice, mix, dice, and prep fresh ingredients
- Portion and label food items properly
- Prepare batters, sauces, biscuits, and toppings
- Prep items for catering orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Follow recipes and stay on task with minimal supervision
- Clean as you go—keep your station and dishes in top shape
- Support teammates to keep the kitchen flowing
Experienced preferred - pay depends on experience
No kitchen experience? No problem. We’ll train you!
