Job Title: Caregiver – Companion Care

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

About the Position:
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide Companion Care in a facility-based setting (not in-home) in Muskegon, MI.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about improving the quality of life for others through conversation, companionship, and non-medical support.
Schedule Options:
- Monday – Friday:
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend-only shifts also available
We offer flexible scheduling and welcome caregivers looking for either weekday or weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to residents
- Assist with daily activities such as light housekeeping and meal support
- Offer emotional support and encouragement
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients within the facility
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or companion care experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, patient, and empathetic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have Driver's License, Reliable Car and Proof of Auto Insurance
