Key Requirements:
- J.D. and Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to waive in.
- 3-6 years of Real Estate experience
- Experience representing lenders in a variety of asset classes
- Experience handling closings, title, and survey
- Drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents
- A highly motivated self-starter eager to engage in hands-on work and seeking long-term growth within the firm.
Salary : $185,000 - $220,000
