Philadelphia office of Global Law Firm seeks a Temporary Real Estate Paralegal (temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate). Job qualifications include:
- Day to Day: Assists with due diligence required for real estate transactions.
- Develops, monitors and updates closing checklists for reach estate transactions.
- Prepares required documents and coordinates execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, vendors, etc.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1-year Paralegal experience for individuals with a bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate. OR
- Individuals without a degree or certification require 5 years' legal support experience in Real Estate
