Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts
- Supervise and interact with children during play, educational activities, meals, naps, and outdoor time to ensure safety and engagement
- Monitor classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and self-regulation
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that support special education needs or working with children with disabilities
