Job Summary:
The Program Administrator supports the daily operations of our ABA therapy clinic by coordinating schedules, communicating with families, and assisting clinical staff. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery for children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working in an ABA company and understands the fast-paced nature of clinic operations, including therapist scheduling, client coordination, and insurance-related processes.
Responsibilities include managing staff schedules for Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), handling daily schedule changes and call-outs, communicating with families regarding attendance and logistics, and supporting administrative tasks such as client onboarding, data entry, and maintaining records.
This position also involves coordinating clinic supplies and materials, supporting billing and authorization processes, and serving as a central point of communication between families, clinical staff, and leadership.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach when working with families and staff.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
