The Role
As a Junk Removal Truck Team Member, you’ll work on a two-person crew completing jobs across Metro Detroit. Every day is different — new locations, new customers, and new challenges.

What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and commercial junk removal services
- Lift and remove furniture, appliances, and debris
- Work efficiently with a teammate on daily routes
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional way
- Explain services and provide a great customer experience
- Load trucks efficiently and safely
- Dispose of materials at approved facilities
- Keep trucks clean, organized, and ready for the next job
Work Environment
This is a physically active role, ideal for students who like hands-on work:
- Regular lifting (up to 50 lbs, team lifting for heavier items)
- Fast-paced days with multiple job sites
- Mix of homes, businesses, and construction sites

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to work
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet

For driver roles:
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card & Chauffeur’s License (can be obtained)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in moving, warehouse, construction, or labour jobs
- Familiarity with Metro Detroit
