🧭 What You’ll Do:
As a Team Leader, you’ll set the tone for each shift by working with your team—not just
supervising them. You’ll rotate through all areas of the park, leading by example and
stepping in wherever needed to support a safe, clean, and fun experience for every
guest. Core responsibilities include:
●Safety Oversight – Oversee safe jumping, enforce rules and support court
attendants
●Admissions & Concessions – Help stock sales areas, manage cash and
support cashiers
●Parties & Events – Keep parties on schedule, assist hosts and ensure guests
feel celebrated
●Greeter & Guest Flow – Direct guest traffic, assist with waivers and maintain a
welcoming lobby
●Opening & Closing – Complete open/close tasks, count tills and prepare the
park for success
●Cleanliness – Maintain a clean facility, assign cleaning tasks and jump in where
needed
●Leadership – Coach team members, maintain energy and focus, and keep
things on track
●Guest Concerns – Step in quickly and professionally to resolve issues or
escalate as needed
●Management - Full responsibility of all aspects of the business in the absence of
the Manager
