Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping & mopping.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures for a clear and professional appearance
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste properly following safety guidelines and recycling protocols
- Document completed tasks in logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Notify management of supplies needed
Skills
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently during shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Effective communication skills for reporting issues clearly and accurately
