What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paid Creator Coordinator position at Just Ingredients?
Department: Partnerships – Creator Team
Location: Hybrid (Orem, UT) – Travel Required
Salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience
Who We Are
At Just Ingredients – a health and wellness e-commerce company – we believe that nourishing your body with real ingredients is essential for living a healthy and fulfilling life. That's why our products are made using carefully selected, whole-food ingredients. And our people are just as real as our ingredients – authentic, collaborative, and dedicated to fostering a workplace that inspires individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
About The Team
The Creator Team, within the Partnerships department, manages Just Ingredients' affiliate and creator partnerships – the everyday influencers and content creators who share our products with their audiences. This role owns the paid side of that program: negotiating rates and terms with creators, and making the call on who's actually worth paying and how much. This is distinct from the Collaborations team's talent and celebrity partnerships – this role focuses on the broader creator and affiliate ecosystem, from nano and micro creators through mid-tier influencers.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a paid creator coordinator with 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid creator or influencer deals. You know current market rates across platforms and creator tiers, and you're comfortable negotiating directly with creators, managers, and agents on rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity. Just as important, you know how to look past follower count – you can read engagement, conversion, and past performance data to figure out which creators actually make strategic sense to pay, and which don't. You're organized enough to manage a high volume of active deals and deadlines at once without losing track of details.

Creator Sourcing & Deal Negotiation

- Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity terms directly with creators, managers, and agents.

- Manage a structured budget across the paid creator roster, balancing testing new creators against scaling proven ones.
- Coordinate content briefs, deliverable timelines, and approvals with paid creators.
- Track deliverables against contract terms, ensuring content is on-brand, on-time, and compliant with FTC disclosure requirements for paid partnerships.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of active paid creator agreements, rates, and performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM or creator-platform records and a structured pipeline of active and prospective paid creators.
- Prepare regular reporting on paid creator spend, performance, and ROI for leadership.
- Partner with Marketing, Collaborations Compliance, and Finance to ensure paid creator deals are properly tracked, compliant, and within budget.
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Medical, Dental, Life Insurance
- 401K with company matching
- 4 weeks accrued PTO
- Employee discounts
- Fast-paced environment
- Purposeful mission for health and wellness

- Familiarity with affiliate or creator management platforms (e.g., Superfiliate, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Modash, Levanta, ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Creator Connections) is a plus.
- Understanding of FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored and paid content.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with comfort managing a high volume of active creator relationships and deals simultaneously.
- Comfortable with occasional travel for creator meetups, content shoots, and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
