What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Affiliate Project Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our

affiliate programs. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and brings

operational discipline and creative energy to everything they touch. If you love building systems, connecting people, and

making complex programs run seamlessly, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management & Planning

• Own affiliate campaigns from concept through completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and communications
  
  

across multiple programs simultaneously.

• Build and maintain campaign calendars, coordinating email, text, social, and other channels to keep affiliates
  
  

informed and engaged.

• Track campaign performance against KPIs, prepare recap reports for leadership, and recommend optimizations for
  
  

future initiatives.

• Ensure brand consistency across all affiliate assets and communications in partnership with the marketing team.
  
  

Project Management & Operations

• Serve as the primary project management resource across all three affiliate programs, maintaining systems that keep
  
  

teams aligned, accountable, and on track.

• Proactively surface roadblocks across concurrent workstreams and drive solutions before they impact timelines.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation that standardize and scale how the affiliate programs operate.
  
  

Affiliate Recruiting & Onboarding

• Lead recruiting efforts to identify, vet, and onboard new affiliates, aligned with the Just Ingredients mission.
• Build and maintain a affiliate prospect pipeline leveraging platform analytics, social listening, and referrals.
• Develop onboarding materials and welcome communications that activate new affiliates quickly and set them up for
  
  

long-term success.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for active affiliates, driving engagement and program retention.
  
  

Events & Experiences

• Help support the planning and execution of affiliate events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale brand
  
  

experiences.

• Coordinate affiliate-specific details including invitations, travel, gifting, and on-site experience in alignment with the
  
  

broader event plan.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, events, partnerships, and operations to ensure affiliate initiatives are integrated into broader
  
  

company programs and campaigns.

• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop affiliate assets and campaign toolkits that empower affiliates
  
  

to perform.

• Surface affiliate insights and performance data to internal stakeholders to inform marketing and partnerships
  
  

strategy.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, affiliate marketing, or influencer management; CPG, DTC, or
  
  

health and wellness experience is a plus.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without
  
  

losing attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, on-brand messaging for affiliate audiences.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar) and comfort building tracking
  
  

systems from scratch.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms or influencer marketing software strongly preferred.
• Event coordination experience including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with comfort operating cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
