Job Title: Temporary Warehouse Specialist
Location: Just Ingredients Fulfillment Center, 1410 W 1200 N St #4, Orem, UT 84057
Just Ingredients is looking to hire temporary warehouse specialists for our upcoming Black Friday Sale. This position will run from Tuesday, November 17th through Saturday, December 5th. This is a full time, Monday through Saturday work schedule, with opportunity for overtime. There are two shifts we are hiring for:
- Day Shift from 6am-2:30pm
- Swing Shift from 3pm-11:30pm
Training Dates:
- Day Shift: Tuesday, November 17th from 7:30am-4pm
- Swing Shift: Wednesday, November 18th from 7:30am-4pm
Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: $16.50 per hour
- Swing Shift: $17.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:
The Temporary Warehouse Specialist assists in picking, packing, sorting, or shipping orders to customers while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position requires teamwork and organization to ensure the smooth flow of materials and maintain accuracy in inventory, contributing to the efficiency of on-time delivery for all Just Ingredients products. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders based on orders printed prior to the shift
- Stage orders for the shipping specialist to send out to customers
- Assist in stocking the pick-face (flow racking), when needed
- Break down boxes and keep the work area clean during the picking operation and after restocking the pick face
- Create and maintain a safe environment at all times for yourself and others
- Perform other tasks, as needed or requested

Qualifications:
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to read, speak and understand English.
- Able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time.
- Ability to bend, reach, and push packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Willing to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, and dusty at times).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately.
- Able to adapt to change on the fly.
- Previous picking experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting preferred.
- Prior work in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
