Job Title: General Labor / Production Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor / Production Associates to assist with daily manufacturing and production operations. Candidates will help keep production running smoothly while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily production and manufacturing tasks.
• Assemble, package, and inspect products.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
