Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for processing returned goods accurately, maintaining organized records, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable using Microsoft Excel and internal systems, has excellent attention to detail, and works well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Process returned goods accurately and efficiently according to company procedures.
- Inspect returned items and verify product information, quantities, and condition.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track, update, and manage return transactions.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all return activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure timely processing of returns.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged materials to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and properly store returned inventory.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn internal warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
