JIT Roofing & Restoration is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess roofing repair and replacement needs
- Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and professional guidance
- Follow up on company-generated leads, create estimates, and close projects
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth project handoff
- Represent JIT Roofing & Restoration professionally in the field.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of exterior trades sales experience (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Comfortable using email, CRMs, and estimate software
