Just In Time Remodeling, LLC of Great Bend is always keeping our eyes out for skilled construction specialists to join our growing team. We are looking for driven, people-focused professionals to help us exceed our customers’ expectations for interior and exterior remodeling projects. We specialize in remodeling for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces. But we also offer decks, windows, entry doors, and more for homeowners all over Central Kansas. Previous experience with power tools and basic home improvement projects is a must, with preference given to those with experience doing framing, drywall, flooring installation, finish carpentry or window installation. Qualified applicants will have a track record of exceptional workmanship, but with humility and integrity. Competitive pay starting at $15-20 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement. Full time employees also receive paid time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursements, and other perks. Normal schedule requires 40 hours per week, but some overtime may be available upon occasion. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background check and drug screen, and have reliable transportation.
