If you can lead a moving crew, calm a stressed customer, protect every item like it's your own, and still keep things fun and efficient, we need YOU as our next full-time OR part-time Lead Mover - Driver at JustIn Time MovingStorage in Phoenix, AZ!
- Pay: $22 – $25 per hour, plus bonuses and tips
- Schedule: Full- and part-time shifts available every Monday through Saturday

You'll hit the ground running with daily duties such as:
- Driving moving trucks up to 26'
- Leading and supervising movers on each job
- Being the main contact for customers and their belongings
- Assisting with moves while managing time, efficiency, and professionalism
- Following company policies and management instructions
- Adapting to changing move needs and environments
- Delivering an experience customers remember for the right reasons
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 2 years of moving experience
- Experience driving a 26' moving truck
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs)
- Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage
- Strong, professional leadership skills
- Punctual, reliable, and customerfocused
Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required to become our Lead Mover - Driver!
