**What You'll Do**
In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and advance new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and CRO organizations seeking GCP, TMF, quality, compliance, and eClinical solutions.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and client engagement activities.
- Lead opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, including qualification, solution development, proposal support, contract discussions, and close.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen client partnerships.
- Collaborate with Consulting, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to develop client-focused solutions and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Represent Just in Time GCP at conferences, webinars, and industry events while promoting our services and maintaining awareness of market trends and client needs.
We're looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6-9 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, consulting, or commercial roles within life sciences, TMF services, eClinical services, or quality and compliance consulting.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Working knowledge of clinical trial operations and compliance concepts, including GCP, sponsor oversight, TMF/eTMF, quality assurance, and inspection readiness.
- Experience supporting proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, negotiations, and consultative client engagements.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence executive and operational stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, pipeline management, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
