This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary/Office Manager located in Newtown Square, PA. The Secretary/Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. The role also includes preparing reports, organizing meetings, and maintaining office records. The Secretary/Office Manager will support staff and clients with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • reliable
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in administrative or office management roles is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay: $18.00 - $29.29 per hour
