Just Got 2 Have It! is in search of a self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our energetic team. The Sales Manager, under broad supervision, will be responsible for leading a sales team in order to achieve sales and profit margins. In addition, this individual will manage customer relationships, develop strategies and plans for achieving sales targets, coach and mentor sales reps, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Strategically leads, develops, and manages a sales team to attain sales and margin goals.
- Establishes relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and proposing appropriate products/services that satisfy their requirements.
- Determines annual sales strategies and set realistic targets aligned with company objectives.
- Monitors and maintains a high level of knowledge about the company's products/services and competitive environment.
- Prepares sales reports and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely communication of forecasting and sales results to management.
- Conducts regular sales meetings, communicating company strategies, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in a competitive sales environment, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effective team management.
- Strong negotiating and relationship building skills, along with a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- A degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
