We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with technology, and able to manage multiple responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain product information, invoices, and records across multiple online platforms.
• Manage and organize digital and physical documents.
• Assist with electronic inventory management and recordkeeping.
• Handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Transfer and organize information from various sources into digital systems.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and processing packages.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors and team members.
• Provide additional administrative and clerical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, typing, and general data entry.
• Basic math skills and the ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Comfortable learning new software and online platforms.
• Some college education or a college degree is required.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with online retail platforms, inventory management, or website administration.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
