Three-Year-Old Toddler – Job Description
Position Title: Preschool Toddler (Age 3)
Role Summary:
The three-year-old toddler engages in age-appropriate learning and play activities that support early childhood development, independence, and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured and unstructured learning activities, including circle time, art, music, and outdoor play.
- Practice basic self-help skills such as handwashing, dressing assistance, and toileting routines.
- Follow simple instructions and classroom routines.
- Interact positively with peers and adults, learning to share, take turns, and express feelings appropriately.
- Explore early learning concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through play.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Developing communication and listening skills.
- Ability to engage in cooperative play for short periods.
Supervision:
Works under direct supervision of early childhood educators to ensure safety, learning, and well-being.
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
