School Director

Job Summary

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PROCARE**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to oversee programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Director will be responsible for program management, budgeting, relationship management, and supervising staff to ensure the highest quality of care and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of program development and implementation
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community partners, and funding sources
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Conduct administrative tasks related to program operations
• Utilize social work and behavioral health knowledge to enhance program effectiveness

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong background in program management and development
• Excellent budgeting skills to effectively allocate resources
• Proficient in relationship management with various stakeholders
• Previous experience in supervising staff members
• Knowledge of administrative processes within social work or behavioral health settings
