Just for Kids is a community-centered nonprofit organization providing high-quality before- and after-school programming throughout Western New York. We proudly serve families in the Amherst (St. Benedict School), Cheektowaga Central, Cheektowaga-Sloan, Cleveland Hill, Grand Island, Sweet Home, and Williamsville Central School Districts, as well as select private schools in Amherst, Buffalo, Swormville, and Hamburg.
We are currently hiring a Program Manager for our Sts. Peter and Paul location in Hamburg for the 2026–2027 school year.
About the Position
The Program Manager plays a key role in the success of our program by overseeing daily operations, supporting and supervising staff, and creating engaging activities for school-age children. This position helps ensure a safe, welcoming, and structured environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 1:45 PM–5:30 PM
- Follows the school calendar
- Additional planning time and Program Manager meetings as scheduled
- No nights or weekends!

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a childcare setting
- Completed or pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
