Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist and Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full time basis. In this role, you will provide essential physical or occupational therapy services within school settings, collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams to support students with physical and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities--Deliver school-based physical or occupational therapy services to pediatric students in accordance with each child's Individualized Education Program (IEP)--Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' functional mobility, motor development, and physical needs--Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable, goal-oriented outcomes--Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and other therapists to support each student's success in the school environment--Maintain accurate, timely documentation including evaluation reports, progress notes, and IEP goals in compliance with federal and state regulations
Requirements--Valid Nebraska Physical or Occupational Therapist license --Experience working in pediatric setting strongly preferred--Familiarity with school-based therapy practices and IEP processes is a plus--Strong communication and collaboration skills--Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
