Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee CEA and state accreditation activities, including documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Maintain accurate records using data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure integrity and accessibility
- Manage calendar scheduling for accreditation deadlines, meetings, and related events using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing administrative files
- Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and data entry to ensure accuracy of all documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of accreditation requirements and maintain compliance standards
- Support personal assistant functions such as calendar management and appointment scheduling for senior staff
Experience
- Prior office management or administrative experience preferred, within educational settings
- Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in proofreading and document review
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
