What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junk Removal Professional - General Laborer position at Just Dump It LLC?
Looking for a motivated individual to join the Just Dump It team! We are looking for a new truck team member who has great customer service and can do heavy lifting to remove, load, and sort items to dispose, recycle, or donate from customers homes and businesses. This can be part time to full time work, 25-40 hours a week, 4-5 days a week, mostly mornings and afternoons. Starting pay $19 to $22 per hour.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable, trustworthy, and always on time
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and resolving issues
- Strong Work Ethic: Willingness to work hard, be reliable, and consistently meet deadlines
- Physical Fitness: Must demonstrate the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50lbs without assistance
- Previous experience in junk removal, general labor, moving, and customer service a plus, but isn't required
- Help maintain trucks and equipment
- Drug-free and pass a background check
