This role requires an individual with extensive experience building high-end custom homes and the ability to manage complex construction challenges, including demanding foundation work.

Responsibilities
- Manage all onsite construction activities from ground breaking through completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Deliver exceptional quality control throughout every phase of construction.
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety standards.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining schedule and quality.
- Communicate regularly with ownership, clients, architects and the Project Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional job site.
Qualifications
- 7 years' experience as a Superintendent building luxury custom homes.
- Experience delivering custom residences of 8,000–15,000 sq ft.
- Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction techniques.
- Experience managing complex foundation packages and challenging site conditions.
- Excellent scheduling and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to maintain exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
- South Florida custom home experience is essential.
