What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Support Representative position at Just A Game Fieldhouse?
- Work with Account Executives to handle all customer requests including, but not limited to product information, quote requests, artwork, placing orders, order status inquiries and any other various customer needs.
- Handle inbound phone calls and email requests from all customers, assigned and house accounts.
- Assist walk in customers with product questions, creating quotes or orders, or with pickups.
- Identify opportunity with customers, assigned or not, and properly involve sales reps.
- Create online team stores for customers to support company initiatives and customer needs.
- Other duties as requested.
Required Skills:
- Comfortable and well versed on computers.
- Excellent communication via phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment adjusting priorities effectively.
- Works well in a small business environment as a team player.
- Understands technology and is able to learn systems and processes quickly.
- Experience with apparel is a plus.
