What are the responsibilities and job description for the caregiver position at Just 4 Kidz?
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to the children who come to daycare each day. In this vital role, you will create a safe, and nurturing environment that will foster growth, learning and appropriate development.
We are looking for someone to come in and help with watching and playing with the kids. There are 2 employees already but sometimes we just need an extra set of hands. You would need to be comfortable with infants and toddlers. Our facility is a smaller sized one and pretty laid back. We do offer a preschool program to our older kids, and having someone here to help for a few hours a day would help our other teachers be able to sit down and make new learning opportunities for our older toddlers.
This would be a Monday through Thursday 10am -1 pm for sure. Then if someone is on vacation or is sick you would work their hours. Typically 830 am to 1 pm. then 3 pm to 445 pm. Federal holidays and school days off would be on a need basis.
