We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to serve as the local IT functional lead supporting logistics and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing onsite IT infrastructure deployment, daily information system support, operational troubleshooting, project execution, and stakeholder communication.
The position works closely with the HQ IT team, which provides enterprise-level system development, advanced technical support, and centralized technology governance. This role focuses on local execution, operational stability, and business support within warehouse environments.
This position is focused on IT operations, infrastructure support, system administration, and project execution. Software development and coding responsibilities are managed by the HQ IT team.
Responsibilitie
s1. Warehouse IT Infrastructure Deployment & Operation
sLead the deployment and implementation of IT infrastructure for new warehouse launches, including servers, network devices, workstations, handheld devices, and related equipment. Ensure stable and reliable IT operations that support daily warehouse and logistics activities
.2. Information Systems Support & Troubleshootin
gOversee daily support of warehouse and logistics systems, including WMS, ERP, YMS, and related applications. Provide user support, training, issue investigation, and troubleshooting. Escalate complex system defects and technical issues to the China HQ IT team when necessary
.3. Onsite IT Project Executio
nCoordinate and execute local IT projects, including warehouse implementations, system upgrades, infrastructure rollouts, and operational technology initiatives. Manage project schedules, resource coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
.4. Business & Client Communicatio
nServe as the primary local IT contact for internal stakeholders, operational teams, and customers. Facilitate requirement discussions, project updates, issue resolution, and ongoing communication to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction
.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration with Global IT Team
sWork closely with China HQ IT teams on system implementations, technical escalations, operational improvements, and business requirements. Ensure alignment between local operational needs and global technology standards
.6. Team Coordination & Suppor
tCoordinate daily work assignments, priorities, and support activities within the local IT function. Promote effective collaboration and ensure timely response to operational IT needs

Qualificatio
- ns10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or logistics technology environment
- s.Experience supporting warehouse, supply chain, or logistics operation
- s.Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, YMS, and related operational platform
- s.Experience with onsite IT infrastructure deployment, network devices, servers, and end-user computing environment
- s.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skill
- s.Experience coordinating projects and working with cross-functional team
- s.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholder
- s.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferre
