We are seeking a Full-Time, dependable and motivated Facilities Assistant to support the daily maintenance and appearance of our shop and facilities for Jusczak Repair. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with detailing company vehicles, equipment, and fleet assets.
• Run parts and supplies between vendors, job sites, and company facilities.
• Support building and facility maintenance projects.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist with shop organization, inventory management, and storage areas.
• Complete miscellaneous projects and duties as needed to support operations.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and facility maintenance preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, automotive detailing, or shop environments is preferred.
