Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging enrichment instruction in areas such as STEAM activities, dance classes, photography workshops, and other creative or educational programs.
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration, critical thinking, and artistic expression.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs and interests of participants across different age groups.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants during activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new enrichment programs and improve existing offerings.
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to foster confidence and skill development.
- Manage classroom or activity space efficiently to ensure smooth operation of sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding participant engagement and progress when necessary.
